Priority Health is seeking a Senior Go to Market Product Marketing Specialist for our B2B Marketing team as part of Priority Health Employer Solutions division. This individual is responsible for leading go-to-market plans and developing and implementing marketing and communications strategies for products and programs to support membership growth and customer retention.The candidate will demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of product marketing and go-to-market strategies, especially for B2B. This individual is a critical thinker who can navigate different teams and situations and can flex quickly from project to project at different stages while maintaining a focus on business objectives.They will collaborate with and influence corporate marketing, product, market growth, sales, and sales operations teams as well as organizational subject matter experts. They know how to apply market analysis and marketing strategies for sales enablement as well as buyer and user personas and can simplify complex concepts to develop positioning and relevant streamlined messaging to get results.Our team values relationship building, teamwork, identifying opportunities to drive business growth while continuously looking for ways to increase efficiencies, share and apply learnings and achieve personal and professional growth.The ideal candidate is a seasoned professional looking for a fast-paced work environment who can both project manage and execute across tactics.   • Lead the development and implementation of sustainable marketing strategic plans and key initiatives for assigned client organizations and other annual marketing projects.
  • Align with client organizations to gain a detailed understanding of their business functions, strategies, and operating plans to ensure marketing strategic plans and creative solutions support client objectives and marketing road maps.
  • Oversee the development and production of materials and outputs ensuring adherence to quality standards, deadlines, budgets, etc.
  • Consult with internal and external resources to ensure the proper development and execution of marketing communication plans and programs, ensuring consistencies and avoiding duplication of efforts.
  • Partner with others (e.g., client, Market Intelligence, etc.) to establish metrics to measure and analyze results of potential and implemented marketing strategic plans.
  • Serve as the primary point-of-contact and relationship manager for assigned client organizations and projects. Includes, yet not limited to, pre-and post-launch consulting, meeting facilitations, trend analysis, etc.
  • Develop annual Content Marketing calendars and formally report progress updates relative to annual marketing strategic plans, strategic roadmaps, etc.Qualifications
  • Required Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
  • Preferred Master's Degree
  • 5 years of relevant experience in marketing or related role Required
  • 5 years of relevant experience in project management Preferred
