Job Description:
A company is looking for a Sr. Software Engineer - Pega Support
to provide complex technical support to data processing
systems.
Key Responsibilities
Enhance systems and processes by developing software and executing
test plans
Provide technical support to production systems and draft relevant
documentation
Serve as a technical resource throughout the software development
life cycle
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree and 4 years of experience in software application
development, or High School Diploma/GED with 8 years of
experience
Certified Senior System Architect certification preferred
5+ years of experience in designing and implementing BPM
solutions
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Experience in providing on-call support as needed
