- Delivers profit by utilizing and interpreting the P&L in
order to make the appropriate financial adjustments
- Sourcing, hiring, and developing excellent Team Members
- Conducting New Hire orientation and developing the training
plan for each new hire
- Minimizes loss through strict observance of cash handling
policies, proper training of Team Members, and complying with all
accounting/banking requirements.
- Demonstrates efficient labor control, inventory control, and
waste management.Empowerment:
- Builds the capabilities of their team
- Provides learning and development opportunities for all Team
Members.
- Offers guidance to Team Members
- Consistently demonstrates active and timely coaching
capabilities.
- Bringing others along, operationally, through use of
tools.Required or Preferred Experience:
- Minimum of three years restaurant or retail experience, or
combined experience and education.
- Experience with sales building, P&L statements, recruiting,
and training.
- Proven track record of successful hiring and retention.
- Required when needed, the ability to work early morning,
evenings, late night, weekends, and some holidays. Schedule demands
may change.
- ServeSafe Certified
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Valid Driver's license and vehicle insurance.
- High school diploma or equivalent.Physical Demands:The physical
