Trinity Health Grand Rapids Lacks Center Michigan FULL TIME Medical Oncologist!Practice Setting:Hospital-based cancer center. Outpatient services. Onsite lab, diagnostics, and pharmacy.New program growthDates of Coverage: 10 monthsShifts Per Month:Full Time - 5 days per week. But we can accommodate part time(partial weeks or some weeks on/some weeks off).Call Ratio:1:5Patient Population for Required Coverage:Adult, GeriatricPercentage of Practice:Assume 50% Hematology and 50% OncologyNumber of Physicians in Practice:7 across 2 locationsAPPs Provide Coverage: 10Average Number of Outpatient Per Day:10-15Average Number of Hospital Patients Per Day:15Clinical Area:Oncology - OutpatientTrauma Level/Designation:Level 2 TraumaDocumentation System/EMR:EpicProcedures RequiredChemotherapy - IntrathecalChemotherapy - Intracavitary - Intrplueral/PeritonealFNA/BiopsyMgmt. of VAD/CV CathetersAdministration of Chemotherapy:Physician orders.
