Job Description:
HR Director for Global Sales & MarketingThe HR Director will be
working closely with the Global CRO and CMO to implement the
overall people strategy.This role involves managing employee
relations, recruitment, performance management, compensation,
benefits, compliance, and organizational development for the global
sales and marketing function.Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement HR strategies that
support business goals, focusing on talent acquisition, retention,
and employee engagement in the sales and marketing function.
- Partner with the leadership team to provide HR guidance and
align human capital with organizational goals.
- Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning: Oversee recruitment
efforts to attract top talent and build a diverse workforce. Lead
workforce planning to ensure the right talent is in place to
support growth and operational needs.
- Performance Management & Employee Development: Implement and
manage performance evaluation systems, employee development plans,
and career progression programs. Create and promote a culture of
continuous learning and professional development.
- Employee Relations & Culture: Foster a positive and inclusive
workplace culture, ensuring alignment with company values. Manage
and resolve complex employee relations issues, conducting
investigations as needed. Promote diversity, equity, and inclusion
initiatives across the organization.
- Compensation & Benefits: Oversee the design and implementation
of competitive compensation and benefits programs. Ensure internal
equity and external competitiveness in alignment with the
organization's budget and goals.
- Lead a small team of Senior HR Business
Partners.Qualifications:
- At least 7-10 years of progressive experience in HR, with at
least 3-5 years in a leadership role.
- 3-5 years of experience partnering with a sales
organization.
- Experience operating within a global HR organization and
M&A.
- Proven experience in talent acquisition, performance
management, employee relations, and compensation.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal
skills.
- Ability to lead and manage change effectively in a fast-paced
environment. Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong leadership and team-building skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Ability to
balance strategic and operational priorities.
