Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Manager, Site Contracts to
lead and manage a team within the Global Site Contracts team.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the site contracts team to ensure timely and high-quality
project delivery
Recruit, mentor, and develop team members while overseeing
performance management
Support business development efforts and participate in project
bids and client presentations
Required Qualifications and Education
10 years of experience in late phase clinical research
5-7 years of experience in site contracts
Expertise in ICH-GxP guidelines
Bachelor's Degree or relevant experience; life-science or
health-related discipline preferred
