Job Description:
A company is looking for a First Level Service Desk Analyst 2 to
perform remote desktop support across multiple customers and
technologies.
Key Responsibilities
Resolve or escalate calls entered into the support system by Level
1 Analysts
Review and respond to problem tickets, ensuring timely resolution
and positive customer service
Perform remote desktop support using various remote control
technologies
Required Qualifications
2 years of help desk experience
2 years of experience with ticketing systems, preferably
ServiceNow
2 years of troubleshooting experience
Experience supporting server/desktop operating systems from XP and
upwards
High School Diploma and authorization to work in the United
States
